Caução
Independe da data os hóspedes são obrigados a pagar o caução de R$ 1.400,00 que será devolvido em 2 dias após a estadia deles.
Se for constatado algum dano ao imóvel causado pelo hóspede iremos descontar do caução, enviaremos fotos e vídeos comprovando que o item foi danificado durante a estadia deles e mandamos as notas do valor de conserto (são feitos 3 orçamentos e optamos pelo mais barato).
Inclusos no valor
• Faxina antes e depois da chega dos hóspedes.
• Auxílio do caseiro em assuntos como: receber os hóspedes e eventuais problemas (exemplo: trocar lâmpada que queimo).
